They are responsible for managing the financial resources of the organization, ensuring financial accountability, and providing accurate and timely financial reports. The department has many responsibilities, including budgeting and financial planning, financial record-keeping, financial reporting, grant management, audit and compliance, payroll and benefits, financial analysis, and risk management. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the accounts department helps to ensure the financial sustainability and success of Samajik Seba Shonghothon.
